Who we are

carfinanceclaim.co.uk is a trading style of RFLCS Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11854719) and based in Exeter. RFLCS Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for claims management activities, FCA reference number 978092.

What we do

We help people who had car finance between 2007 and 2024 find out whether they could claim, and we introduce those who want help to Consultation Claims Ltd. Consultation Claims is an FCA-authorised claims management company (FCA reference number 836626). They find your agreements, complain to each lender and handle your claim.

We don't handle claims or give legal advice ourselves, and we don't charge you anything.

How we're paid

Consultation Claims pays us a fee only when a claim we introduced is successful. You don't pay us anything directly. Their fee is set out in their agreement and on our fees page.

How we keep this site accurate

We check the facts on this site against the FCA, the lenders' own websites and Companies House, and show the date each page was last checked. When the scheme changes, we update the pages it affects. If you spot something out of date, email info@carfinanceclaim.co.uk.

You can claim for free

You don't have to use a claims management company. You can complain to your lender, and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for free. If the FCA scheme goes ahead, lenders will also contact customers who may be owed money.
