Notice of Right to Cancel

Car Finance Claim acts solely as an introducer and does not enter into a claims management contract with you. We do not charge you for our introduction service.

If you have signed a Letter of Authority and/or Terms of Engagement with Consultation Claims Ltd (CCL) (FRN 836626), you must contact them directly to cancel your agreement.

Cooling-off period and cancellation fees

• You may cancel your agreement at any time by notifying Consultation Claims Ltd.
• If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, no cancellation fee will be payable.
• If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellation fees may apply, even if your claim has not been successful. These are based on the time CCL has spent working on your claim, at £166.80 per hour including VAT, subject to the terms and exceptions in your agreement.

The amount payable depends on the work completed and when you cancel. Where a cancellation fee applies, CCL will provide an itemised invoice explaining the work undertaken and the charges.
