RFLCS Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 978092) in respect of regulated claims management activities and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZA840691).
1.2 We act as an introducer to authorised claims management companies and do not handle or manage claims ourselves.

These checks are carried out on their behalf by Checkboard Limited, who may obtain an electronic credit report from credit reference agencies, including Equifax and CRAIN.
A soft credit search:

- Is not visible to other lenders; and

RFLCS Ltd does not carry out credit searches and does not receive your credit report data.
Consultation Claims Ltd and/or their service providers act as data controllers in respect of any credit search conducted.
