carfinanceclaim.co.uk is a trading style of RFLCS Ltd, incorporated in England & Wales (Company No: 11854719).

RFLCS Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activities (FRN: 978092).

carfinanceclaim.co.uk acts solely as an introducer. We do not provide claims management or legal services and we do not charge you for our introduction service.
If you choose to proceed with a claim, you will enter into a separate agreement with Consultation Claims Ltd, a Claims Management Company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 836626), who will handle your claim and agree their fees with you directly.
Full details of their services, fees and charges will be provided before you enter into any agreement.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Business explain the agreement between carfinanceclaim.co.uk (“we/us”) and you, the potential claimant (the “Client”).
Our role is limited to assessing your enquiry and introducing you to an authorised claims management company where appropriate.
Important: carfinanceclaim.co.uk does not manage or handle claims. All claims are handled by the appointed claims management company, who are solely responsible for decisions regarding your case.
2. Your Obligations
By using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information so we can assess your enquiry.

Review carefully the Terms of Business and fee information provided by the claims management company.

Cooperate directly with the claims management company if you decide to proceed.
3. Our Obligations
carfinanceclaim.co.uk will:

Assess your enquiry.

Introduce you to an FCA authorised claims management company where appropriate.

Be transparent about our role as an introducer.
4. Fees & Charges
We do not charge you for our introduction service.
If you decide to proceed with a claim, the appointed claims management company will explain their fees and charges before you enter into an agreement with them.
You are under no obligation to proceed after being introduced.
5. Cancellation
As we act solely as an introducer and do not enter into a claims management contract with you, no fee is payable to us.
If you enter into an agreement with Consultation Claims Ltd, your cancellation rights (including any cooling-off period) will be set out in their Terms of Business. You must contact them directly to cancel your agreement.
6. Personal Data
We collect and use your information for the purpose of assessing your enquiry and introducing you to an authorised claims management company.
We may share your information with Consultation Claims Ltd for this purpose.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Limitation of Liability
carfinanceclaim.co.uk is not responsible for:

The handling of your claim.

The outcome of your claim or the amount of compensation awarded.

The advice, actions, or decisions of the appointed claims management company.

Any delays or errors once your claim is being managed by them.

You don't have to use a claims management company. You can complain to your lender, and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for free.
